In January 2023 the homepage was a Sedo Domain Parking page: “This website is for sale! … The owner of bookcheaptravels.com is offering it for sale for an asking price of 250 EUR!” — with Sedo’s standard disclaimer about third-party advertisers.

January 2025 · A Thai storefront, renamed

The homepage became a 771-kilobyte clone of a Thai IT retailer’s shop — Apple products, notebooks, gaming gear, drones, point-of-sale systems — with the shop’s name replaced throughout by the Thai phrase for a “sexy baccarat” online casino and a meta description advertising baccarat and slots. Hundreds of randomly named sub-paths were linked from it. Standard SEO hijack.

2025–2026 · A crane company, renamed

From mid-2025 to June 2026 — the last captures — the domain served a Chinese lifting-equipment manufacturer’s template under the prefix /kcOnCzjHfl/: product sections for hooks, shackles, hoists, chain connectors, slings, trolleys and lifting clamps, plus honours, case studies and product knowledge. 125 URLs were archived. Those paths return 410 Gone here.

Why spell this out

Anyone who finds this domain in an old search result, a Pinterest pin or a 2016 app listing deserves to know what they were looking at. None of these periods involved the blog, and none of their content is reproduced.

This site is an archive of a domain name. It sells and compares nothing and carries no advertising or affiliate links.
